As teaching and learning pivots online, higher education facilitators are increasingly looking for strategies to create new and engaging content for online learning. In this face-to-face workshop, you will explore and apply basic principles of videography by engaging in a practical exercise.

·        Apply best practices in setting up a space for video recording.

·        Record a presentation using Zoom’s “PowerPoint as Virtual Background” feature.

·        Demonstrate basic video editing techniques.

·        Upload a video to YouTube for the purpose of embedding it in myeLearning.
