This workshop will focus on writing and aligning learning outcomes. You will learn about the characteristics of effective learning outcomes and alignment of learning outcomes to instructional activities and assessments. You will also be guided to critique and create some learning outcomes.
Workshop Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this workshop, you will be able to:
1. Examine the history and value of learning outcomes for effective teaching and learning.
2. Identify the characteristics of effective learning outcomes .
3. Evaluate learning outcomes using specific criteria.
