This session will guide you through the process of converting your programme to blended and/or online modes. Learn how to convert your programme to online format, following the ACTT guidelines and standards. You will learn about the modes of delivery, the programme proposal process, the ACTT’s implications for substantive changes, assessment designs, calculation of notional hours, and the accreditation requirements for online/blended programmes. You will also explore best practices for designing and delivering effective and engaging online learning experiences, and have the opportunity to apply your learning to your own programme.
By the end of this workshop, participants should be able to:
- Describe blended and online in the UWI and ACTT contexts
- Assess programme indicators of quality and effectiveness for blended and online programmes using the CRAC Guidelines and OSQR rubric
- Critically evaluate online and blended programme proposals to ensure compliance with UWI and ACTT accreditation standards.
