CETL St. Augustine Workshop Registration

This practical, synchronous online workshop is designed to assist clerkship coordinators and academic staff in the Department of Clinical Medical Sciences (DCMS) with creating and managing online examinations using myeLearning.

The session will provide step-by-step demonstrations of creating and managing question banks, adding and removing tables and images within questions, setting up quizzes/examinations, and managing examination settings, particularly passwords and access.

Participants will also be guided through the process of adding questions to quizzes and preparing examinations for students.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this workshop, participants should be able to:

1. 1. Create questions in the myeLearning Question Bank.
   2. Organize questions into categories within the Question Bank.
   3. Edit questions to include or remove tables and images.
   4. Create an online examination using the Moodle Quiz activity.
   5. Add questions from the Question Bank to a quiz.
   6. Configure quiz settings, including availability dates, time limits, passwords and access restrictions.Session & Delivery Details
